Candles can change your attitude I have many different brands of candles that I burn in my home. The best scents are the ones that can change your attitude. I like to use the Yankee Candles they seem to have the best aroma. The candles from Candle Lite are also very aromatic. The Home and garden candles are less expensive and also look nice and are not that strong. I feel the way the candles smells is the most important thing about them. If they look nice it is also a plus.The best scent to me are the baby power, linen and and clean cotton. These aromas give a clean fresh scent and make you feel happy. I do prefer the larger three wick candles, because they last for a long time. I burn candles every day when I get home to make the house smell nice and fresh. I also have burned candles that are spicy and bold these candles change your attitude they seen to give you a liitle boost of energy. The best ones in this group are the cinnamon, sage citrus and peppermint. The candles that are fruity and smell like your favorite foods are also...

Yankee Candles Only The only candles I will use are Yankee Candles. They have many unique scents and you can smell them throughout a few room as they burn. Not like other candles that you have to stand by it to smell it. They, also, burn clean and evenly compared to any beeswax candle. Depending on the season as to what scent I burn. In the summer I want a light, clean, fresh scent. My favorite scents are Green Apple, Willow Breeze and Lemon Lavender. During the winter months, I like the cinnamon and baking type scents. My favorites are Pomegranate Cider, Vanilla Caramel, and Red Heart Wreath. These are great for the kitchen. I love lilacs and have that candle, too. They even make one called Chocolate Cupcake, but I was afraid it would make me too hungry for chocolate. Then they have the holiday scents. Like for Christmas they have Sugar Cookies or how about Balsam Fir. It would make people second guess if that tree is real or fake. At Halloween there is a Pumpkin Pie. If you just leave the lid off, you can still smell it in a closed room without even burning it. I...

The candle I'm currently using is the Voluspa Makassar Ebony and Peach candle. It's a beautiful smoky and fruit scent. I tend to like soft florals, or fruity scents. I also like herb-y scents, like lavender or lemon verbena.
I like to burn scented candles in the guest room before visitors arrive, so the room smells welcoming.
I also like to burn candles in the bathroom when lounging in the bath.
I will have to try the Yankee Candle Clean Cotton scent based on your recommendation!

I prefer spice scents, especially cinnamon scented candles. Any time is great to burn candles, but it's especially nice around the Christmas season, when all the house decorations are being displayed.

It's holiday time, and for those wishing to add candles to their decorations, here are two that I recommend from Glade: Apple cinnamon. The name says it all. Makes your kitchen smell like you've been baking for hour. And Glistening Snow: a white candle, smells like you're in a pine forest with fresh snow all around you.

There is nothing more romantic than a candle lit meal for two , and scented candles can help create the mood you desire so easily . I like to burn fruity ones in the kitchen , flower scents in the living room , and ylang-ylang or narolli scented candles for a sensual atmosphere in the bedroom . In fact I have different scents for every room in the house , including citrus ones for the bathroom . In fact I think scented candles are the quickest and easiest way to make a house a home there is .

I only buy soy candles. I actually sell them for another lady locally and get free ones for the ones I sell 20%. Its a great deal. Soy candles are wonderful. They burn clean, are from a renewable resource, are non-toxic, and will not harm you or your family when burning! I wish that everyone only supported soy candles and would put traditional petroleum based candles out of business!

My favourite scented candles are Vanilla. Just so refreshing and welcoming and they can go almost anywhere without becoming too intrusive in the atmosphere. Depending on the time of year, I also like other scents. Seeing as it is coming up to Christmas, I have started to burn Spiced Apple scented candles, they are so nice!! I like to have candles in every room of my house and I enjoy walking into each room to get a nose full of each different scent!

I love candles that will freshen up a room. My most favorite scents are cotton, green grass, fresh linen. I love to have a window open near the burning candle during the day to help move the scent around the house. during the holiday seasons I really love to burn cinnamon, apple pie, Christmas tree, pine, and my most favorite during the holiday is vanilla Christmas cookie. At that time I love to burn them at night or when company comes over for a visit.

I love soy candles because they burn better than regular candles. The soy candles do not leave the ash on the wick and around the candle. My favorite scents are smells like cinammon apple, lavendar, and fruity scents like pineapple and mango. I love to burn candles all the time!

Candles are so awesome. I should burn them more often, but I seem to burn them mostly in the fall and winter. We live in the country, and the sight and aroma of a burning candle when there is snow outside is the best in the world. I enjoy cranberry, cinnamon, and autumn scents.

i love love love yankee candle company they have the best scents out there. the scent i like the most is clean linen or tropical ones. my favorite time to burn candles would be at night time or when im having company over my house ! the layered candles are awesome as well, you get three scents for the price of one :)

I don't use my fireplace for real fires; instead I like to fill it with candles. It's very romantic and gives the room a nice glow. I usually add a nice scented candle, especially sandalwood or vanilla. Even when I don't have all the candles lit, I like to keep the scented candle burning because it makes the house seem so fresh and inviting.

I love all kinds of candles... tealights are cheap and cheerful. I use candles almost every night, as many as I possibly can, in all sorts of coloured containers... Yankee candles are my fave scented... Vanilla or berry scents are my favourite.

Love candles...They add a light smell and great mood. You can use them inside or out to set many moods.I love light smells for summer,jasmine and citrus. Heavier smells for winter,sandalwood or spice.

My favorite candles are those sold at Pier One Imports stores around the USA. They have unusual scents, such as Citus Cilanto, Island Orchard and Crisp Bamboo, my personal favorite. The scent gently filters through the room, lit or not (from a recent light). And they (Pier One) has a habit of mixing scents together to come up with even more intense combinations.

I love candles that are very fragrant! My very favorite is from Yankee candle and the scent is cider donut!! I usually like candles that are food scented!! Cakes, cookies, and fruit!! They make the house smell nice and help to relax me as well as help when the powers out!!

I personally think that unscented soy candles are the best out there. All natural they don't have the chemicals people use for dyes or scents, and are Great for people who love candles, but have allergies.

Candles are wonderfully soothing after a long hard day at work. Vanilla and lavendar are relaxing scents. It's nice to sit back and put up my feet in the recliner, with my cat in my lap and just veg. Candles in the bathroom and in the bedroom are moodsetters, sets the mood for snuggling.

I only use Yankee Candles. There are a variety of scents which are sold in accordance with the season, which I just love. For example, Fall scents include a variety of cinnamon, spice, pumpkin. They have a wonderful variety. I like to use candles in the evening mainly, and when we have company. I'll light the candles an hour or so before company arrives to create a warm scent.

I love candles. They have so many uses. I am a skateboarder, and I often use candles to make skateboard wax. Sometimes i also burn them for their relaxing scent. I take my favorites and turn them into skate wax, so my hands and pockets smell good when I'm done with it.

My first favorite I do not know the name of. they are the 10.00 candle set you get at walmart :-) They come in a glass jar & include the small voltive (sp) Ones as well.. We always get the Black Cherry ones.. oh they are so yummy & smell up the whole house! I have received so many comments on them!!
My other favorite is one the kids bought me from school. Some fundraiser thing.. Anyways it is "home And garden party" brand (Or so it says lol) This smell is a Cinnamon Rolls... And WOW Does it smell like them!! A kind of burnt smell LOL. But if you are not NEAR the candle you can not smell it burning (the burning part of it... the wick smell?) But the scent is so great & does fill the house!! All my kids thought I bought some! Took them a bit to figure out where the smell was coming from! lol.

I love burning candles. When I was living in Ohio and had expensive electric baseboard heat (UGH!) I would burn candles any time I was at home during the winter. It helped keep my tiny apartment a little warmer, and the whole apartment smelled nice! Honeysuckle is my favorite scent. It reminds me of the first fall I spent in my own home. Happy memories there!

I love my candles, but my favorite one has to be the one my sister-in-law got for me about 5 years ago. At first, I didn't burn it, because I didn't think I would like the combination of scents (cinnabuns, caramel pear, and pumpkin spice), and I'm not a big fan of pumpkin spice. But I decided eventually to take the lid off the jar, and I just loved it! Unfortunately, I have been unable to find it anywhere, not even where she originally got it, so I have been only burning it when I am having a really bad day. I grab a glass of wine, turn the lights down low, burn my candle for a little while, and I'm relaxed for the evening. If I ever find this combination again, I am going to buy every one in stock!

I love Candles. My favorite candle scents are melons and berries. Great for all year. I light them daily, for parties, after cleaning, or just to watch a movie. A little candle light and a great smell go along way.

I am a candle addict! I have all sorts of smells and looks. I love vanilla, peppermint, rose, chai, caramel, and usually any sort of fruity or berry smells. Candles just add a certain level of warmth (no pun intended) to any home. My favorite time to burn candles are when I have at least two hours to burn them because I am anal about having them burn evenly!

My favorite candle scent for MOST of my house is the relatively new "Clean Cotton" scent that many manufacturers have come out with in the last 10 years....
Very nice and "neutral"....Fresh and not intrusive....You know there's a "smell", but it's hard to identify....
I have "Cotton" candles in my living room and office, and light them the minute I walk in....
But for my bedroom, I burn ONLY one scent...Sandalwood.....
It relaxes me in a way that no other fragrance can....It soothes me into sleep.....

I find candles very relaxing and depending on my mood, i chose my scent. Soy candles, I find, burn cleaner than the beex wax ones, however if you are making your own beeswax is easier to work with. My very favorite scent of any and all candle is vanilla and I love using them in the bathroom when I soak in my bubble bath.

I've always enjoyed beeswax candles for the soft, slightly sweet fragrance and antique ambiance they impart.

Soy candles rock! The only candles I buy now are soy. I like knowing that I am not supporting the petroleum industry and not harming the environment with my candle addiction. My favorite scents are food scents, with sugar cookie or buttercream frosting scents my absolute favs. I burn them daily!

I love apple cinnamon candles in the fall and winter. They make the house smell like fresh baked apple pie which makes any room as relaxing as your favorite comfort food. I also like vanilla candles during the winter. So many places have evergreen, mints and holiday scents available, but I prefer plain old vanilla. During evenings in the spring and summer, I like cucumber melon candles. They add a fresh scent to everything. The bottom line is, scented candles are very romantic and relaxing, and I cannot imagine not having them around, especially after a hectic day at work.

I think scented candles are great to have because they bring a nice fragrance to a dull aired room. Also, you can change up the fragrance in the room at any given time. You can have these candles all around your bathroom and bathtub that can calm your sences down and help you relax your body. For me, I like to go with the fresh scented candles that are very relaxing to have.

I absolutely love candles. I love seasonal candles; for instance, in spring/summer, I enjoy fruit and flower-scented candles. In fall, I love apple-scented or a sandalwood scent. In winter, I love apple/cinnamon or some berry-scented candles. Lighting candles is so therapeutic. It make the house smell wonderful, and the aromatherapy you get from the scent is quite soothing. They look lovely, too, and are very calming visually. I love to light them at dusk, and I like to keep them burning for a few hours. They make me feel so peaceful.

After moving to a new city the first thing I did was buy candles. They make a home more inviting and welcoming. I usually change my candles from season to season, liking vanilla and pumpkin for fall and more citrus scents for the summer.

I love scented candles! It is hard to name a favorite, but some of those that I enjoy are melons, blueberry and other fruits, cinnamon and vanilla. I usually burn them for a romantic effect or around Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I love scented candles but of all the flavors I like the most my very favorite scent/flavor has got to be Vanilla. It is a very relaxing, peaceful kind of a scent. It vaguely reminds me of being in the kitchen, baking vanilla fudge with my grandmother. But if I think about that too long, I may end up pigging out, so I try not to think of vanilla fudge! There is just something very refreshing and relaxing about the scent of vanilla. My favorite times to burn candles are early morning, as I'm getting dressed for work and in the late evening as I'm winding down. So I guess I like to start my day and end my day on a vanilla note!

Soy candles burn more efficiently than wax. I love candles burning at anytime of the day. My favorite candle scents are: Lemon, Verbena, Mint, Eucalyptus, Bay, Cinnamon and Vanilla.
