Scented candles are a wonderful addition to just about every home. I enjoy the many wonderful and varied scents they can add to your house. They make your house smell so inviting and wonderful. It helps easy my mood when I'm having a particularly bad day. Being a mom of two young boys you can imagine how great it is to be able to escape into a wonderful bliss of sweet smelling rain. I love to burn candles at the end of the day just to take the edge off. Cinnamon scented candles come in real handy in the Christmas season. I love to bake cookies and have a candle burning. It makes visitors want to kick off their shoes and stay for a while. I also enjoy burning the pumpkin scented candles during the Thanksgiving holidays. Glade Scented Oils!

I found my favorite candles almost three years ago on a whim. My husband and I had gotten a coupon in the mail to try out Glade's scented oil candles. Since we both were smokers at the time and had pets we figured we'd give it a try. We took our $3.00 off coupon to the drug store and purchased a trio pack of Dewberry scent. We fell in love instantly. We learned later that they offered numerous other scents and loved them all. They burned for a minimum of three hours and the frangrance lasted at least six. They are nice because for the price the candle burns down to its interity. There is no messy wax as it burns up. And you are left with a metal wick that has a magnet to the glass holder. We were seeking more scents, not knowing that our favorite Apple Cinnamon was a holiday scent, so we contacted Glade only to get a package of $10 worth of coupons to test out some other scents. The best candles ever!

The best candles are the soy candles! I love them! They come in so many scents you can burn different scents for different times of the year! Soy candles don’t loss there scents as you burn them and they put off less soot so you don’t get black marks on the ceilings or walls! They have came in handy for me many times. During the summer I like to burn candles just to get in the spring/summer mood. I will burn a watermelon or honeydew scented candle. For Fall and winter I like to burn a mulled cider or coffee scent for a cozier feeling. To help me get in a holiday mood I will burn a peppermint for Christmas or an eggnog. In the bath room I like to burn sandalwood for a cleaner feeling. Last year for my wedding I used warm vanilla sugar soy pillar for each of my tables at the reception. I received tons of complements! The Gooseberry Patch

My favorite candle ever came from The Gooseberry Patch catalog and not only smells like a Hershey’s smore but looks exactly like a big melted smore too! I light it at work and when the customers come in they always ask what we are baking. I bring out the candle from the back and they are amazed at how beautiful it is. It has a layered look, graham on the bottom, marshmallow in the middle, and what looks like real Hershey’s chocolate on top. I love scented candles that smell like real food items. I received a Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Candle as a gift one year and treasured it dearly. To me food scents remind me of home, moms, America, and love. I am currently searching for a good apple pie candle as we speak! I love how different scents can bring out different emotions and feelings.
