Scented candles are a wonderful addition to just about every home. I enjoy the many wonderful and varied scents they can add to your house. They make your house smell so inviting and wonderful. It helps easy my mood when I'm having a particularly bad day. Being a mom of two young boys you can imagine how great it is to be able to escape into a wonderful bliss of sweet smelling rain. I love to burn candles at the end of the day just to take the edge off. Cinnamon scented candles come in real handy in the Christmas season. I love to bake cookies and have a candle burning. It makes visitors want to kick off their shoes and stay for a while. I also enjoy burning the pumpkin scented candles during the Thanksgiving holidays. It is great to be able to rotate your candles according to the season, it just puts everyone in such a good mood. I know of a local candle maker that makes these great smelling candles. I found my favorite candles almost three years ago on a whim. My husband and I had gotten a coupon in the mail to try out Glade's scented oil candles. Since we both were smokers at the time and had pets we figured we'd give it a try. We took our $3.00 off coupon to the drug store and purchased a trio pack of Dewberry scent. We fell in love instantly. We learned later that they offered numerous other scents and loved them all. They burned for a minimum of three hours and the frangrance lasted at least six. They are nice because for the price the candle burns down to its interity. There is no messy wax as it burns up. And you are left with a metal wick that has a magnet to the glass holder. We were seeking more scents, not knowing that our favorite Apple Cinnamon was a holiday scent, so we contacted Glade only to get a package of $10 worth of coupons to test out some other scents.
